For meeting organizers

A meeting timer that keeps the agenda honest

Build the agenda as timed segments, put the countdown where everyone can see it, and let the clock do the interrupting. When a topic runs over, one nudge from the organizer keeps the rest of the meeting intact.

Nothing to install. The room TV and every attendee just open a link.

The rundown

The agenda as a rundown

Your agenda, with a clock attached to every line.

Every agenda item gets a duration: standup updates, the budget review, decisions, open floor. NextTime computes when each item starts and ends, and auto-advance rolls the meeting forward so nobody has to play timekeeper. If a topic earns more time, add a minute from the console and the rest of the agenda recalculates instantly.

  • Every item gets a duration; starts and ends are computed
  • Auto-advance rolls the meeting forward on its own
  • Add a minute and the rest recalculates instantly

A minute added to Q3 Review, and every start time after it just recomputed.

Recurring meetings, one setup

Build the rundown once and reuse it for every weekly staff meeting or sprint review. Update the start time and every segment recomputes.

Hybrid meetings

On the room screen and in every tab

One display link on the TV, the same link in every tab.

Put a display link on the conference room display, and let remote attendees open the same link in a browser tab. Everyone reads the same clock at the same second, in the room or across the world. Display links are unlimited on every plan, so hybrid meetings cost nothing extra.

When topics run over

A gentle way to move on

The timer plays the bad guy, so nobody else has to.

Yellow says the item is wrapping, red says it is done, and a count-up past zero shows exactly how far over the group went. If words are needed, flash a message to the screen: "parking lot it" lands softer from a timer than from a person.

Free covers most agendas

The Free plan caps segments at 10 minutes each, which happens to be the length of a well-run agenda item. Most meetings fit the Free plan forever. If your topics genuinely need longer blocks, Pro removes the cap on every meeting for $129 per year.

FAQ

Meeting timer questions

How do I share the timer in a video call?

Send the display link in the chat and everyone opens it in a tab, or share the timer tab on screen. Every copy stays in sync.

Can the timer sit on the conference room TV?

Yes. Any screen with a browser can show a display link, and the text scales to the display.

Is a meeting timer really free?

Yes. Unlimited display links and the full console are free; segments cap at 10 minutes each, which fits most agenda items.

Can I run it from my phone while presenting from my laptop?

Yes. The console is a web page on any device, and every screen updates instantly.

Can it show the time of day between items?

Yes. Any screen can switch to time-of-day mode and back.

Does everyone see the same time?

Yes. All display links sync in real time to the same clock.
